The kit includes the FJ250 strobe with the FJ Pro AC/DC battery, an FJ-X3 M universal trigger, and a Rapid Box Switch Octa-S softbox with insert—all packed in a convenient backpack for easy transport. The FJ-X3 M trigger features multi-brand compatibility with leading camera systems including Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Panasonic Lumix, and Olympus, ensuring versatile control across your gear.

Precision Lighting, Anywhere

Engineered for extended shoots and motion-freezing performance, the FJ250 delivers 250Ws of power, rapid recycle times, and up to 850 full-power flashes per charge—the best in its class. The unit features a full-color OLED touchscreen, bi-color LED modeling light, Bowens S-type mount, and user-focused updates such as group indicator lighting and shared battery compatibility with the FJ400 II and FJ800.

Portable and Intuitive

With its intuitive OLED interface and built-in help guide, the FJ250 makes lighting control simple and fast. The included Octa-S softbox creates soft, even light, while the Bowens mount and Rapid Box Switch insert enable quick modifier swaps. Compact yet powerful, this is Westcott’s most travel-friendly off-camera flash.

Performance and Flexibility

Offering a 9-stop power range (0.98–250Ws), the FJ250 supports HSS up to 1/8000s, front/rear curtain sync, and a 1/29,600s flash duration for action-stopping precision. The Creative Mask Mode allows up to six lighting sequences from one setup—ideal for dynamic and high-volume shoots.

Seamless Integration

As part of the 2.4 GHz FJ wireless system, the FJ250 works seamlessly with the included FJ-X3 M trigger, as well as other FJ-series flashes and the Westcott StudioLink app for wireless adjustments. The 31-channel, 16-group setup offers interference-free operation up to 328 feet.

Reliable Power and Design

The 29.6V 74Wh lithium-ion battery provides long-lasting power with AC trickle charging and LED indicators. Upgrade to the optional FJ ProMax battery for up to 1,400 full-power flashes. The 12W bi-color modeling light (2700–6500K) ensures accurate previewing, while the magnesium-alloy build, USB-C firmware updates, and Bowens mount add versatility and durability.
